My car was due for oil change and maintenance. My husband brought it in, service great as always.

My relationship and my experiences with Haydocy have lasted through this, my fourth Haydocy purchase (on Aug. 23) This service call was the last service on my 2012 LaCrosse and I picked up a new 2016 two days ago. From the service department through the owners and sales staff to the clerical staff, I find the Haydocy people to be friendly, helpful and very customer oriented.

As always, I had a pleasant experience at Hadocy! The crew went above and beyond to resolve my issues and Mike kept me updated throughout the process.

Dennis Booth went above and beyond to organize everything for me. He delt with the insurance company and the rental car company and made my life much easier. His customer service and caring personality make him a true asset to Haudocy Buick and I base my experience at this dealership solely on his genuine interest in providing top notch service.

The lady that answers the phone in the service dept was very rude to me on the phone. I asked to make an appt to get my oil changed she said there were no appts for the next day and I could not walk in. The next week I called in to make an appt and she said there were no appts but I could walk in on my selected day. Whether I had an appt or not it could take an hour to an hour and 15 mins to fix my car. I've been coming there for years so I hastily made an appt. when I came to check in my car she was rude to me again and told me to take a seat in the other room. I said going to get lunch I'll be back for my car but I must leave by 2:30 for my daughter-law to go to work. Came back at 2:30 told my car was not done to take a seat. I told her I must leave she took off to ask mechanic, the other nice lady at the pay counter who I've dealt with for years couldn't find her. Finally found mechanic who said he had no computer to fix my car that day so that's why it took so long. I finally left late at 2:50 pm only with the help of the cashier lady! I told her to tell management I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience and would probably take my business elsewhere and she urged me to ask for bill next time and not to let this experience keep me from coming back!

Have an electrical problem that comes and goes - that day it would not show up- if it comes back we'll try it again-

My 2016 Buick Lacrosse had a 7:30 a.m. appointment at the dealership for the first oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early, they were prepared and processed me in early. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. I waited at the dealership for the car and it was obvious the staff intentionally went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The television was great, there was a nice selection of magazines, the daily paper was available and the coffee was really good. My car appeared very clean and cared for when it was delivered back to me.It was a disappointing at the end when a staff person requests you sign paperwork, they give you your copy and send you on your way. Please know even then, the staff person was very courteous. Understandably the car is very new but better closure would have resulted if the end process included information about the appointment. It would be nice if time were allotted to explain what was actually done, how everything looked, how the tires are wearing, if there were any concerns or even, that no concerns were detected. I know it is a little late to ask questions but that would be the only opportunity for the car owner to have a conversation and receive an expert's opinion who was just was under the hood, saw the computer outputs and saw underneath the car. At the very least, even a general statement of everything looks good would have been somewhat sufficient.It was disappointing when reading the paperwork and discovering it did not address my concern about the overwhelming amount of brake dust. I have had many new cars, including Buicks, and never did any of the previous cars, have even close to this massive amount of brake dust. I am seriously concerned the brakes may be wearing out awfully quickly. This troubles me because even when washing it every day, there is an overwhelmingly amount of brake dust on the silver rims. Who wants that on a new car! By the way, since there was very little benefit, I have given up and I no longer wash it every day. Please understand the dealership is great! I love Buicks. I hate maintenance charges but with the obvious signs, since day one and until the end of this three year lease, I am in a position where I have to worry, if today will be the day I need to replace brakes. Honestly, I am wondering if choosing this particular model at this particular time was the best decision.The dealership did a good job washing my car and they intentionally removed most of the brake dust from the wheels, but today, a day later, it is back and I only drove a few miles to work, a few miles home and a few miles back to work. I park in a garage downtown and people I work with have noticed. Certainly, it is not a good advertisement for this model of car.Honestly, when you get a new car, especially considering the cost, the expectation is that acquaintances and family will tell you how much the love your new car while being envious and happy for you. This is a beautiful car and I unhappily report, because they cannot get beyond the outside wheel appearance, sadly, that is not the conversation.

disappointing. the parts counter agreed to sell and install my trailer hitch for $300 plus tax. the final billing, after install, was the on-line cost, $322.74. the cashier was not willing to discuss what I was telling her, nor would she get the parts counter salesman. it's not the $22.74 that is the issue...it's the fact that Haydocy would not stand behind it's parts representative. this concerns me.

Salesman Don was great on kept me informed when the car would get there. They even held it for me one day even though they had other customers. Also I can not count the number of Cars I bought from Hadocy since 1973. I have been a long time customer and as long as they treat me fair, I will be coming back. They are so honest and the sales and administrative staff are great to work with even though I have had to fight for a deal..

Made appointment for 7500 mile included in purchase service. Stated I would be waiting. Confirmed what had been stated in Buick proactive emails about getting service done that it should take about 45 minutes. I checked in 10 minutes early. I left dealership 95 minutes later. This does not seem satisfactory. I had also asked for some instructions on certain audio system features - that didn't happen. At a minimum, from this experience, I won't feel I can plan on waiting for my service in the future.

As I pulled in to the service department, I was greeted by a service writer. Bill asked me what I was in for today, I informed him it was for an oil change. He took my keys and took me to the lounge area and directed me to the free coffee and informed me it would take about half an hour. it took about 25 minutes and I was on my way and i was happy to see my car had been washed.

Brought my car in because the temperature gauge went all the way in the red and the panel said engine overheated. After looking at it for a couple days it was determined to be a glitch and that nothing was wrong.

Very responsive

Haydocy was our first stop in our search for a new SUV. We were interested in test driving the GMC Terrain primarily due to the 25% off MSRP special in Saturday's paper. Paula Klass greeted us on a rainy Monday morning and spent just the right amount of time talking us through the options available and coordinated our test drive of both the 4 and 6 cylinder models. We preferred the 6 cylinder model and wanted a power passenger seat and there were none available (even though a few were still listed in the online inventory). We had to head out for an appointment, but Paula gave us a brochure and said to call if we wanted her to pursue a Terrain with those options.When we returned home later that evening, Paula had left a message that a GMC Terrain Denali with the special rebates had become available and to text her if we were interested. We were headed out of town for the day, but we did connect and the car was held for us until we could test drive it that evening and if all went well, make the purchase. Paula was not able to be there in the evening, but she made all of the arrangements so that things went smoothly when we did arrive. We went back on Wednesday to pick up the car and Paula walked us through all of the bells and whistles which was very much appreciated.It was a pleasure working with Paula and I have already connected her with my sister for a potential future purchase.Thank you for everything.

Quick outstanding service

JD/John found the problem with my car. This is the third time I've brought it in and he searched and searched and finally found it. Hurray!! He was very helpful in explaining to me the problem and solution.

We looked at this Pilot about 3 weeks ago. We talked with Mike Robinson then, he was very helpful and gave no pressure. Had he put pressure on us, we likely would not have returned 3 weeks later and bought the same Pilot. After we settled on a number, it took only a few minuets more to do the paper work. That was a huge plus too. I have bought a lot of cars, and the 'finance part' even if paying in 'cash' can take way too long. Thankfully Aaron quickly completed that part of the process.

I am happy with the actual service but dissatisfied with the price. I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment that the price per axle was 79.95 but on the day of sevice (within 1 week), I was told it was 99.95. In my opinion, the 79.95 price should have been honored and it was not.

The team at Haydocy GMC, I believe bent over backwards to get me in the truck that I wanted. I was told that you were going to replace the motor in the drivers side door and I even let you keep it one extra day for the part to come in so that they could. My window is still acting up. Also I still have the clicking in the motor and hesitation after I'm stopped at a light or on a turn.

I had to take my Verona in for the check engine light. When I brought it in Tuesday I was told I would not be getting a rental car or a lender car. My sales person said whenever I had to leave my car a rental would be provided. So strike one. They told me a 'shuttle' could take me to work. That was strike two. The driver was very rude and made comments to me and about me to another driver while I was in the vehicle that was referring to having to go all the way up north. I have multiple complaints and it's too much to type. I would love having a phone call from someone.

I brought my car in for an air bag recall repair. My car was taken in when it was scheduled and only took a short time to make the repair. The night before I brought my car in for repair I took it to a car wash that had jets in the floor, which knocked the heat shield loose on my car. The service department was able to repair the heat shield at the same time they made the recall repair and for a very reasonable price. Everyone that I encountered that day was very kind courteous and professional. Thank you for fixing my car so quickly!

My experience has always been great at Haydocy. They always are willing to help and listen. With all of us having a busy lifestyle costumer service is very important. I will continue to take my truck to be serviced to this dealership because of the consistency of my experience.

Dan Fleming is the first car salesman that I have had the pleasure dealing with that did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable about buying a new vehicle. He was always professional and seemed to be honest, caring and listened to what I felt I wanted and not was what he thought I should have. Purchased a pre-owned 2011 Kia Sorento from Chris Cunningham. Had a great experience--no high pressure tactics. Chris was honest and really worked with me to make a deal that would work for me. He was very flexible as far as me seeing the car...picking it up and keeping it while my vehicle was appraised. He was willing to stay late to accommodate me. In the end I felt good about my purchase and know that he'll provide whatever service after the sale I may need. He was very responsive via email or phone or text to all the (many!) questions I had. I would come back to Haydocy and definitely to Chris for any future car buying needs! Definitely a great guy who was most interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase and not just selling another car.

Brought in truck for a rattle in the dash or steering column. Replaced a wire coil cover sleeve. Seems a little better but still making noise when an even a slightly rough road. Talked with bob park and will be making arrangements to bring it in again. In know that issues like this are notoriously difficult to track down and fix. However i do have full confidence that the problem will be solved.

I brought my 2016 GMC Sierra in for a warranty issue. The Service Dept at Haydocy Automotive handled it swiftly and professionally.....just as they always do. The truck was repaired and all is well.

I brought in my 2014 Encore for an oil change, tire rotation and to change the cabin air filter as recommended by OnStar. Helena was the best service advisor I have ever had. Not that your other service advisors aren't very good, but Helena brought a personal touch to the transaction. She also explained to me in detail the work that had been performed on my car, including the volts of my battery. I have never had that much information and explanation regarding the service of my car. I have always had a great experience at Haydocy but this one was exceptional.

2014 Impala 2LTZGood experience with service department. Only concern is the experience with the courtesy shuttle driver. The driver was rude to myself and the other customer in the vehicle. He was very short with each of us, up to and including basically dismissing our conversation with a 'hand waive'. The shuttle experience kept the score from being higher.

We've been going to Haydocy for years and have always had a wonderful experience there. The Haydocys and Paula Klass are always great to work with!

Had trouble figuring out what the problem was. They kept at it until they did. Reassuring me the whole time that they would figure it out and get my car fixed. Took almost 24 hours, but they fixed it. Great job and great customer service!

I wasn't planning on buying a car that day but due to our salesman Chris we quickly changed our minds. The experience didn't feel like a 'typical car buying ' experience. This was more of an 'issue' service call! After my last oil change, I was having slight leakage on my driveway. I took my Acadia back to the dealership and they replaced the oil filter, filled up my oil reserve and got me on my way in no time at all! I appreciate the professional service!

I have a vehicle that has electrical problems, and your service team like to say 'we could not duplicate'. I used my phone to tape problem and they did not even acknowledge the problem, they did a reprogram. Last time I was there it was hard to get my key in the ignition so I had the gentleman that was moving my car try it and he agreed and told the service mgr. My paperwork again stated that they could not duplicate. I am getting blown off till my warranty runs out, then I'm sure they will be happy to help me. Lemons should be replaced but the sales mgr didn't even take the time to meet with me when I ask him to.

I came to hadocy gmc with very high expectations. The employees started off kind, quick to do there job, and very knowledgeable. I walked in same day purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra. Then I get a recall for a seat belt tensioner . My trucks part was failing and needed to be replaced. In the recall letter it states were worried about our customers safety, and the part could fail in an accident. I simply asked what am I suppose to do its my only car, I spent 40k on, what about the safety of my family? They pretty much told me they don't know when parts come in they'll call.. I plan on purchasing two more cars very soon. I will not be going to hadocy gmc they can't even give my family a rental car, to feel safe in. That's what I need in a dealership someone willing to go the extra mile to keep you as a customer. I'd love to talk to the owner and tell him thanks for nothing. Great dealership

Brought our vehicle to Haydocy for service. Three service lights lit, vehicle 'lurching' and choking. Service department reported they did not see two lights lit, but did see one lit. Found nothing wrong with the vehicle, one service light still lit, still lurching and choking. Thanks, Haydocy!

I have had my car to Haydocy 3 times and each time if they don't see the problem then it does not exist. When I pick my car up they either have replaced the parts that are bad or tell me they could not duplicate. I feel like there is a problem in the dash and they are not trying to find it. That would take effort. When I dropped my car off the last time I asked the gentleman that was moving my car if he thought that it was hard to put my key in the cylinder and he said yes. So, the service mgr wrote it down on my service request. When I picked up my car, the statement they showed was could not duplicate but that they had cleaned up the groves in my key and lubed the cylinder. Keep in mind that this happens all of the time, but they could not duplicate. I feel like I am being blown off with the problems. When I called this last time I asked for the new car sales mgr. He pawned me off on service and was not there. I asked him to be there when I dropped my car off, but of course he was not. I really like my car but I feel that the one I have is going to be nothing but a money pit when the warranty runs out. I spoke about getting a replacement car because of the problems, but I fear this is a dealer ship that sales cars and then says 'see ya'! Please know that if treated well I am faithful. I bought 3 Subaru's from the same sales person, I have used the same realtor for the sale of 5 homes. I do not feel that this dealership treats the customers well nor would I come back at this point with the way things are going.Also, my boss was looking for the same car that I have on with the tan/orange seats. He drove my car c couple of times and really liked it. After this last issue he is looking at the Honda Crossfire.

I was told I needed new tires in the future. I choose to have the tires replaced. Haydocy had to order the tires I needed. They were replaced in 2 days. Everything went like clockwork.

I sad to say I purchased my car someplace else but come to Haydocy for service ever since. They give the BEST service. I make an appointment, get in on time, get feedback from service on how my car is doing and if I need something else taken care of. There is coffee, tv and it is a comfortable wait. Wish they had more of a food selection in the area of dealership for the long waits on complex service issues but they do offer a shuttle. The shuttle isn't for me and only has 10 mile radius. I will always go to Haydocy.

This routine maintenance and oil change service appointment was spotless! I am a long time customer of Haydocy both in purchasing vehicles and for service. Unfortunately a previous service appointment was not so good and I did request an extra touch to ensure the service was of excellent quality. I'm very pleased on their response.

Heldia in customer service is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. She takes care of her customers and gives me the service I want I have never dealt with a car dealership service department before because their prices are usually high and service poor. Came in to the body shop for a hinge repair that was going bad, met with Mike the manager, said they would have it done today if they had the parts, 2 hours later the car was done and I was notified. He should get a raise as well as Robert Park who loaned me his vehicle to use while the Verano was in. All in all a super experience.

All was good, professional and seams most items were taken care of. Still have a idle miss or rough idle will have to get it back for that. I think there is a problem in back brakes that was missed when they checked them,maybe in the park brake and not service brake.

Have wanted a pickup for some time but the cost put me off. Visited Haydocy 4 times over six weeks and finally purchased my new 2015 GMC Sierra on April 30. The rebates and timing just fell into place with no high pressure tactics at all from the dealership staff. (Sorry, I called you CJ on the lot!).Just want to add that I visited another GMC dealership in town, and they showed almost no interest in selling me a car, even though I was there for service and had my late model trade on-site. At a 'mega mall' where I assisted my daughter in purchasing a new car this year, we waited almost 2 hours in financing and the whole 'experience' took almost 5 hours to complete. YOU ROCK HAYDOCY!

Everyone was very nice. I came in without an appointment and though they couldn't look at my car at that moment, they drove me home so i didn't have to wait there. The service manager called and told me it wasn't done and wanted to know if i wanted the car back or if they could keep it over night. I opted to let them keep it. I called the next afternoon to find the status. He had to check, told me what was found and that he would send someone to pick me up if i still needed a ride, which i did. So far so good. They couldn't duplicate the issue i had with the gauges, though there were error messages and something wrong with the communication between modules. Not quite sure what that meant. The service manager told me what was done and i when i was dropped off to get my car, he was there ready to take me to pay. Over all for a car issue, a pleasant experience

Brought car in due to GM recall service for leaking valve cover on to exhaust manifold. After picking the car up and driving home, I opened the oil filler cap and discovered a portion of the newly installed gasket stuck between the top of the valve cover and the rocker arms. Had to take the car back that same day to have the gasket replaced again. Waited 2 hours because the car had to cool off before the gasket could be replaced.

This has been, hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had! Very quick, very easy. Mike Brown went above and beyond to find the perfect car that met all of my needs at a great price! Any future vehicles will certainly be purchased at Haydocy.

[This is the third time I've tried to submit this and received errors. I loved the dealership but do not love this survey tool.] I first connected with the dealership online after the auto show. Dan followed up with specific inventory and delivery dates. He called me the moment my car came in and arranged to stay late for me to do the test drive. When I came in, the car was pulled up, right in front, with the top down. A short test drive was all it took - the car was amazing! The entire process - test drive, financing, paperwork - took just 90 minutes. Incredible!

After taking delivery of my new Canyon on a Thursday evening, I discovered very quickly that it needed a bug shield/deflector. A quick call to Paula (my sales associate) the following Monday morning was all it took and everything was arranged. I arrived a bit early, first thing the next morning and was promptly taken care of. I was on my way to work in no time. Very happy camper here.

Had a burning smell from vehicle, Turns out to be a pad stuck in the bracket. Replaced slides, cleaned and lubed brackets. Looks like regular maintenance would have prevented this. Thanks for not trying to sell me pads,rotors and calipers when I did not need them.

I had an oil change and tire rotation.It was done in a timely fashion and I was pleased.

They fixed a recall on my 2002 Buick Regal. Did they fix it right? I have no idea. An appointment was made that had to be re-scheduled because the parts were not available to fix it. Question, then why was the appointment made in the first place? No email was sent reminding me of the appointment. Other dealerships do this automatically and I like it. The main reasons I do not take my car to the dealership is the labor cost and the wait time.

The price for an oil changed were higher, I don't know if it's worth going to a dealership at that price

I had my car there for over 4 weeks and not once was I offered a rental car. when paying for my engine work, I was supposed to be be charged $200 since the warranty covered the work. The cashier charged my credit card $2003.04 the total amount! How does this happen? It has yet to me posted to my account. Very displeased. AND and car is still making a whining noise. I will be checking to see if my warranty covers Any GM dealer or if I have to go to Haydocy. I will it return if I don't have to.

Very responsive to the work needed on our Acadia. Have enjoyed taking our vehicle here as opposed to a closer GMC dealer in Dublin.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, which is maintenance. The service was fine, no complaints. The only comment i have is the price went up to about $44. That was higher than the last one. Will think twice before coming back because i can get it somewhere else less expensive. Aren't they supposed to tell you approximate price before taking the keys and telling you to sit in the waiting area?

Routine oil change. . . . .but I was in and out in no time, and always have faith that Bill Price and the staff of Haydocy will take care of my car as if it was their own! Always professional and that I appreciate also!
