The lady that answers the phone in the service dept was very rude to me on the phone. I asked to make an appt to get my oil changed she said there were no appts for the next day and I could not walk in. The next week I called in to make an appt and she said there were no appts but I could walk in on my selected day. Whether I had an appt or not it could take an hour to an hour and 15 mins to fix my car. I've been coming there for years so I hastily made an appt. when I came to check in my car she was rude to me again and told me to take a seat in the other room. I said going to get lunch I'll be back for my car but I must leave by 2:30 for my daughter-law to go to work. Came back at 2:30 told my car was not done to take a seat. I told her I must leave she took off to ask mechanic, the other nice lady at the pay counter who I've dealt with for years couldn't find her. Finally found mechanic who said he had no computer to fix my car that day so that's why it took so long. I finally left late at 2:50 pm only with the help of the cashier lady! I told her to tell management I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience and would probably take my business elsewhere and she urged me to ask for bill next time and not to let this experience keep me from coming back!

My 2016 Buick Lacrosse had a 7:30 a.m. appointment at the dealership for the first oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early, they were prepared and processed me in early. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. I waited at the dealership for the car and it was obvious the staff intentionally went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The television was great, there was a nice selection of magazines, the daily paper was available and the coffee was really good. My car appeared very clean and cared for when it was delivered back to me.It was a disappointing at the end when a staff person requests you sign paperwork, they give you your copy and send you on your way. Please know even then, the staff person was very courteous. Understandably the car is very new but better closure would have resulted if the end process included information about the appointment. It would be nice if time were allotted to explain what was actually done, how everything looked, how the tires are wearing, if there were any concerns or even, that no concerns were detected. I know it is a little late to ask questions but that would be the only opportunity for the car owner to have a conversation and receive an expert's opinion who was just was under the hood, saw the computer outputs and saw underneath the car. At the very least, even a general statement of everything looks good would have been somewhat sufficient.It was disappointing when reading the paperwork and discovering it did not address my concern about the overwhelming amount of brake dust. I have had many new cars, including Buicks, and never did any of the previous cars, have even close to this massive amount of brake dust. I am seriously concerned the brakes may be wearing out awfully quickly. This troubles me because even when washing it every day, there is an overwhelmingly amount of brake dust on the silver rims. Who wants that on a new car! By the way, since there was very little benefit, I have given up and I no longer wash it every day. Please understand the dealership is great! I love Buicks. I hate maintenance charges but with the obvious signs, since day one and until the end of this three year lease, I am in a position where I have to worry, if today will be the day I need to replace brakes. Honestly, I am wondering if choosing this particular model at this particular time was the best decision.The dealership did a good job washing my car and they intentionally removed most of the brake dust from the wheels, but today, a day later, it is back and I only drove a few miles to work, a few miles home and a few miles back to work. I park in a garage downtown and people I work with have noticed. Certainly, it is not a good advertisement for this model of car.Honestly, when you get a new car, especially considering the cost, the expectation is that acquaintances and family will tell you how much the love your new car while being envious and happy for you. This is a beautiful car and I unhappily report, because they cannot get beyond the outside wheel appearance, sadly, that is not the conversation.

disappointing. the parts counter agreed to sell and install my trailer hitch for $300 plus tax. the final billing, after install, was the on-line cost, $322.74. the cashier was not willing to discuss what I was telling her, nor would she get the parts counter salesman. it's not the $22.74 that is the issue...it's the fact that Haydocy would not stand behind it's parts representative. this concerns me.

Haydocy was our first stop in our search for a new SUV. We were interested in test driving the GMC Terrain primarily due to the 25% off MSRP special in Saturday's paper. Paula Klass greeted us on a rainy Monday morning and spent just the right amount of time talking us through the options available and coordinated our test drive of both the 4 and 6 cylinder models. We preferred the 6 cylinder model and wanted a power passenger seat and there were none available (even though a few were still listed in the online inventory). We had to head out for an appointment, but Paula gave us a brochure and said to call if we wanted her to pursue a Terrain with those options.When we returned home later that evening, Paula had left a message that a GMC Terrain Denali with the special rebates had become available and to text her if we were interested. We were headed out of town for the day, but we did connect and the car was held for us until we could test drive it that evening and if all went well, make the purchase. Paula was not able to be there in the evening, but she made all of the arrangements so that things went smoothly when we did arrive. We went back on Wednesday to pick up the car and Paula walked us through all of the bells and whistles which was very much appreciated.It was a pleasure working with Paula and I have already connected her with my sister for a potential future purchase.Thank you for everything.

I had to take my Verona in for the check engine light. When I brought it in Tuesday I was told I would not be getting a rental car or a lender car. My sales person said whenever I had to leave my car a rental would be provided. So strike one. They told me a 'shuttle' could take me to work. That was strike two. The driver was very rude and made comments to me and about me to another driver while I was in the vehicle that was referring to having to go all the way up north. I have multiple complaints and it's too much to type. I would love having a phone call from someone.

I brought my car in for an air bag recall repair. My car was taken in when it was scheduled and only took a short time to make the repair. The night before I brought my car in for repair I took it to a car wash that had jets in the floor, which knocked the heat shield loose on my car. The service department was able to repair the heat shield at the same time they made the recall repair and for a very reasonable price. I have a vehicle that has electrical problems, and your service team like to say 'we could not duplicate'. I used my phone to tape problem and they did not even acknowledge the problem, they did a reprogram. Last time I was there it was hard to get my key in the ignition so I had the gentleman that was moving my car try it and he agreed and told the service mgr. My paperwork again stated that they could not duplicate. I am getting blown off till my warranty runs out, then I'm sure they will be happy to help me. Lemons should be replaced but the sales mgr didn't even take the time to meet with me when I ask him to.

I came to hadocy gmc with very high expectations. The employees started off kind, quick to do there job, and very knowledgeable. I walked in same day purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra. Then I get a recall for a seat belt tensioner . My trucks part was failing and needed to be replaced. In the recall letter it states were worried about our customers safety, and the part could fail in an accident. I simply asked what am I suppose to do its my only car, I spent 40k on, what about the safety of my family? They pretty much told me they don't know when parts come in they'll call.. I plan on purchasing two more cars very soon. I will not be going to hadocy gmc they can't even give my family a rental car, to feel safe in. I have had my car to Haydocy 3 times and each time if they don't see the problem then it does not exist. When I pick my car up they either have replaced the parts that are bad or tell me they could not duplicate. I feel like there is a problem in the dash and they are not trying to find it. That would take effort. When I dropped my car off the last time I asked the gentleman that was moving my car if he thought that it was hard to put my key in the cylinder and he said yes. So, the service mgr wrote it down on my service request. When I picked up my car, the statement they showed was could not duplicate but that they had cleaned up the groves in my key and lubed the cylinder. Keep in mind that this happens all of the time, but they could not duplicate. I feel like I am being blown off with the problems. When I called this last time I asked for the new car sales mgr. He pawned me off on service and was not there. I asked him to be there when I dropped my car off, but of course he was not. I really like my car but I feel that the one I have is going to be nothing but a money pit when the warranty runs out. I spoke about getting a replacement car because of the problems, but I fear this is a dealer ship that sales cars and then says 'see ya'! Please know that if treated well I am faithful. I bought 3 Subaru's from the same sales person, I have used the same realtor for the sale of 5 homes. I do not feel that this dealership treats the customers well nor would I come back at this point with the way things are going.Also, my boss was looking for the same car that I have on with the tan/orange seats. He drove my car c couple of times and really liked it. After this last issue he is looking at the Honda Crossfire.

Everyone was very nice. I came in without an appointment and though they couldn't look at my car at that moment, they drove me home so i didn't have to wait there. The service manager called and told me it wasn't done and wanted to know if i wanted the car back or if they could keep it over night. I opted to let them keep it. I called the next afternoon to find the status. He had to check, told me what was found and that he would send someone to pick me up if i still needed a ride, which i did. So far so good. They couldn't duplicate the issue i had with the gauges, though there were error messages and something wrong with the communication between modules. Not quite sure what that meant. The service manager told me what was done and i when i was dropped off to get my car, he was there ready to take me to pay. Over all for a car issue, a pleasant experience

Brought car in due to GM recall service for leaking valve cover on to exhaust manifold. After picking the car up and driving home, I opened the oil filler cap and discovered a portion of the newly installed gasket stuck between the top of the valve cover and the rocker arms. Had to take the car back that same day to have the gasket replaced again. Waited 2 hours because the car had to cool off before the gasket could be replaced.

I asked to have the service techs to call my husband before doing any repairs to verify with him. My tires were aligned and then they called. This is something he could have done for me for free and should not have been done without approval. The only reason I would be returning is because of my warranty; which I was told when I dropped off my vehicle that it had expired the previous week. That is not true; and after calling to verify my warranty still is active. I also called and asked for the warranty paperwork to be placed inside my car so that I have a copy when I pick it up. I was told they would leave a copy on my front seat. Nothing was provided.

I went to Haydocy for an oil change, tire rotation, and 23 point inspection. It was my first visit. I checked in and passed my keys to the dealer representative, then waited in the waiting area. I was there half an hour at the most. My car was cleaned during my wait, and the oil sensor in my Verano was reset to 100 percent life remaining. This was my first visit, and the services were covered under the 2 year/24,000 mile coverage that I received when I purchased my Verano.

You did well in terms of car maintenance and that's why I gave you 5 stars. The customer serves, however, was disappointing.My car was scheduled for a 8 am appointment on a Tuesday. It had a handful of repairs to be done. I dropped it of the night before, Monday. I was told if anything was to be done, I would receive a call with the details.I didn't hear from you on Tuesday so I thought maybe there wasn't anything serious. So I decided to call around 2 pm and I spoke with John. I told him my name and my car and the repairs that were suppose to be done. He replied with a casual 'oh yeah, there that and this wrong with it...' and the total will be $800 plus dollars.This was fine to me other than I HAD TO CALL YOU TO GET DETAILS. I then said go ahead and make the repairs but because I gave the go ahead so late in the day, you had to keep my car another night. This was very inconvenient for me. I had to make arrangements to get transportation to and from work. I almost got a ride over to get my car after work on Tuesday and because no one called, would've been told the news in person, wasting a trip. Good thing I called. The car runs great. The people who worked on my car did well. John, was disappointing to me. This was actually the second time I had a run in with John. A previous time I scheduled an oil change and was told it would be done the next day (As I dropped it off the night before) So I went to pick it up, again no call, and they forgot to change my oil! So they rushed to get it done... it got done but I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to get an oil change when it was the the whole day..awful. And again it was John who I dealt with. That time I thought it was just an oops and whatever, but now this incident..bad. I don't usually do these or would do them to say good job but this was my tipping point. I'll be taking my car servicing needs elsewhere. I hope this at leasts creates a much needed change in regards to how you deal with your paying customers.

I had an issue with my onstar system. The problem was resolved however my vehicle was there from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. From what was explained to me as well the receipt I received, it stated based on bulliten, the fix was to remove the negative cable for 5 min and the system would reset. Hard to read what you want for it was very faintly printed. Here is what I think you want. I purchased a 2016 Acadia SLT 2. All the staff was courteous and very helpful in completing the deal which I think was very good and that Haydocy stood by their word when the offer was made to me but later developments came into play and changed the figures, but Haydocy stood by the original offer. I appreciated it very much and was impressed by that. Not what I have experienced from another dealer in the past which is why I did not consider them at all this time. I came to the service department because I had a dead battery and had called Buick roadside assistance. Of course the check engine light was on and I had numerous other light going on at times. The battery was replaced and the warning light messages were checkout and everything was fine. I had been in about a week or two and had reported that the check engine light had gone on and off. A system run was made of the computer, of course that cost extra, but nothing was found wrong. They replaced the rings and pistons in my truck. They worked with GM to help offset the cost of service based on the service records connected to the problem. They gave me a rental vehicle at no cost to me. When I got my truck back they had detailed it inside and out because they felt that the service performed took a few days longer than they thought. There were also several grease smudges on the interior fabric, overhead console and A-pillar by grab handle. I finally told them if it wasn't done today I was sending a tow truck to pick it up. I called back today because now I see my stereo is not working and was told there is no reason the stereo shouldn't work. I told them I will check fuse and if it is not a fuse I will be bringing it back. I asked if they discontinued the battery while working on the truck and was told they would not have. I believe this was the issue with the stereo. I felt like Chevy Chase and I was dealing with the sheriff mechanic in Vacation.

Based upon the quality of the complimentary car wash, I was disappointed due to the serious lack of effort. My car had been washed but it was wet and soon to be spotted all over. Sure enough, it now has a lot more get up and go. I took my car to a Buick dealership in Florida when we were there for the winter and I was very disappointed. Now, I always schedule my service when we are in Ohio. Haydocy is trustworthy and has always provided terrific service. I purchased my 2013 Buick Encore about a month ago. My purchase mileage was about 24,000 miles. The first week my head gasket blew. I took it back for repair and was given a loaner which i appreciated. After having my vehicle repaired a week later it stopped on me once more. Again i took it back to service and was told that my battery cable had come loose, I picked up my vehicle and before i could get to the other side of town my check engine light came on. Again i returned my vehicle to service. This time i was told it was my catilack converter that was bad. Again it was repaired. I would never tell anyone if they should or should not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I'm sure my experience was not a normal one given this dealerships history.

April 14,2015, at my request Haydocy Automotive replaced the rusted brake lines on my 2005 Yukon XL Denali with GM Pipe Kit 22932592. Upon my inspection it was found that the pipes were improperly routed across the front cross member. Pipe retainers were broken by the service tech at the time of pipe installation and auxiliary coolant hoses were 'pinched' between the brake pipes and the front cross member. Normal vehicle flexing and vibration would have caused hose failure as the brake pipes rubbed against them. PJ Haydocy and the Service Manager were notified. Vehicle was returned and this situation was corrected. Upon further inspection I found that the brake pipes had been installed so that they hung below the left front inner fender splash shield making them vulnerable to abrasive and corrosive wash from the left front wheel/tire. Proper installation would have placed the brake pipes in their retainers on top of the frame and behind the inner fender splash shield. The positioning of the brake pipes at time of installation would subject them to unnecessary wear and premature rust/failure. Vehicle was returned June 15, 2015 with no corrective measures were taken at that time. The invoice stated that 'the body will need to be removed'. PJ Haydocy was again notified at which time he stated that someone would follow up and contact me. To date (June 29,2015) no contact has been made. Personal Thoughts: Given that GM supplies a 'pipe kit' to replace the rusted brake pipes on a 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali it would make very good sense that the replacement pipes would be properly engineered so that body removal would not be necessary for a proper installation. It also makes good sense that such a critical safety item such as brake pipes would be engineered so that proper installation would not subject them to unnecessary wear. I have been a Haydocy Automotive customer for over 35 years, have paid my bills on time even to the point of maintaining a balance in my account. The lack of respect by not receiving a follow up contact is very disappointing.

Service was good and staff was helpful, but wait for finance and paperwork seemed excessive. Also, learned after had picked up vehicle that battery on remote had failed and had to secure ride to get other set of keys since had not gotten to that section of owners manual yet and there is no visible outside way to get into vehicle without knowing the trick. This too was very time consuming and just fortunate was able to locate other set of keys.

Came in for a simple routine oil change and tire rotation. Even though my service was not billable since it came along with my lease, I was made to feel just as important as a customer coming in spending money on service or a new vehicle. Very nice.

Our appointment was a factory scheduled maintenance visit. The person I initially spoke with to make the appointment was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. A very positive initial contact. My second contact was a call to Paula, our sales person. I called her on our way to the dealership and asked if she could take my wife and I to the casino while the vehicle was being serviced. She could not have been more friendly, helpful, and accomodating.When I arrived at the dealership and met with Paula, she directed me where to take our vehicle and met me there when I pulled into the bay area. After introducing me to the service manager and answering his questions. I was transported to the casino, given a business card, and instructed to call her when our truck was finished.Approximately two hours later we were picked up in front of the casino and taken back to the service area. Here the service manager escorted us to the cashier and personally pulled our paperwork and informed us there was no charge. Asked for my signature and sent us on our way. When we found our vehicle, much to our surprise, we found our Denali had been given a bath.It was a rainy morning, so our truck was somewhat dirty when we arrived. We came to Haydocy to take our son's new car in for service. We had never been to any dealership in Columbus, and chose this place initially because they had reasonable Saturday hours. As we live in Cleveland, this gave us sufficient time to drive down and take in our son's car. Additionally, as our son works 9 to 5 every day, he really needs to have a dealership than can accommodate him on a Saturday. The service was excellent; the people polite, friendly and helpful; and the service appointment was the quickest we've ever experienced. When in Cleveland, we take our 2 GM vehicles to Axelrod and although they have Saturday hours, they have never gotten our vehicle in and out as quickly as Haydocy did. We recommended to Matthew that he continue to take his vehicle here forever.

The Buick Regal is the second Buick I brought in just over a year from Haydocy. It is the third Buick I purchased from Mike Brown. The first one was from Daniels. Mike Brown knows the cars which he sells, listens to what you want and gives you options so you can make a informed purchase. If he does not know a answer,vhe finds it. This car was special order and he kept inform over the five week build period. I found everyone at the Haydocy frendly and helpful. I also was impress with service department when I took my wife Enclave in for service. Living in Gahanna, there are closer Buick dealerships, but I just feel more comfortable at Haydocy.

After spending/wasting my time at other dealerships, Mike not only took the time to come in on his day off, in a snow storm, but, he made the experience quick, easy, straight forward, no tricks. Being a single woman, walking into a Auto showroom can be intimidating and often, it seems that they try to take advantage. This did not happen at Haydocy!! I so appreciated it! And everyone was incredibly nice. I never had an empty cup of coffee, everyone was so nice, it was an overall great experience and I am in love with my new car!!!!
